Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped parsle
  • 3-4 cloves garlic , finely chopped or minced
  • 2 small red chilies , or 1 red chili, deseeded and finely chopped (about 1 Tbsp finely chopped chili)
  • 3/4 tsp dried oregano
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

1. Finely chop garlic, then add some salt and finely chop one more time to help the garlic break down faster.

2. Pat dry the parley and finely chop.

3. Mix chopped garlic, parley with red chilies, salt, dried oregano, pepper, and red wine vinegar together and stir well.

4. Whenevrything is stirred well, pour in olive oil. Otehrwise, olive oil can become bitter after being aerated.
